First, we're committed to our customers, to providing them with the most up-to-date information available in the foodservice equipment industry and to help them find the right products to meet their challenges. But we're also committed to something just as important. Our own people. We believe it's difficult for unhappy people to make others happy, so we're dedicated to creating a fun, accepting, enthusiastic workplace that brings everyone together as a family, because that's the way we truly see ourselves, as a [business family](https://www.wdcolledge.com/team). From [our chefs](https://www.wdcolledge.com/chefs) to our office staff, we're here for each other so we can all be there for our customers.   As you can see, we're not working for the weekend. We're working for each other. And we wouldn't have it any other way. "When you're part of the WD Colledge family, that means you're part of a team of dedicated professionals who truly value the Canadian food and beverage industry," says president Chris Jeens.
