Born and raised in Québec, I grew up in a military family that taught me adaptability, resilience, and a strong work ethic. Moving frequently as a child helped shape my appreciation for people, culture, and connection.
I discovered my passion for cooking early in life and went on to build a 26-year career in high-end restaurants. During that time, I developed a deep love for hospitality—creating memorable experiences, taking care of others, and ensuring every detail enhances the guest’s day. This commitment to service and excellence continues to guide my approach in every professional environment.
Outside of work, I’m a dedicated family person with two wonderful kids. I enjoy camping with family and friends, BBQing, fly fishing, and snowboarding—activities that keep me grounded, energized, and connected to nature.
