I have been in the foodservice industry for around 30 years now…wow!
Time flies when you are having fun!
I started working in various restaurants as a teenager, which is where my love for the hospitality industry began. First as a bartender, then moving to Calgary and working in a Mexican restaurant as the only cook and finally coming back to Ontario where I became a kitchen manager at Kelsey’s for 2.5 years. After this, my career in the Equipment side of the industry began.
I worked with a large QSR chain, and then for two equipment dealers. I then moved on to being a manufacturer’s rep and most recently worked directly for a manufacturer. I love the relationships I have built over my career in the industry, and I enjoy solving problems for operators!
In my spare time I enjoy being with my family, trying new restaurants with friends, and being on the golf course first thing in the morning. I enjoy music and going to concerts all while enjoying good company and great cocktails.
I am thrilled to be joining WDC, and I look forward to the relationships that I will build with the team and our customers!
